5 Loaves & 2 Fish: Training Everyone With A Limited Budget was a presentation delivered by IRISS President, Bernard Mallia. It addressed the challenges that many HR Departments deal with on a daily basis in trying to find appropriate budgets to train their human resources. In particular, it dealt with the need for training needs analyses, forward-planning, impact measurement, funding instruments available and the pitfalls normally associated with such funding instruments.
